MyFIS - Financial System

MyFIS supports the financial process implementation to ensure the business runs efficiently and systematic. The system is designed to meet the standard of accounting and auditing for financial reports prepared for the university or Malaysian Treasury. The development of the system is based on the standard accounting system for government agencies (SAGA) providing complete account maintenance, daily account closing facilities, accounting facilities and better financial management. Moreover, the system can also provides pre-audit financial reports on time.

The system manages the financial processes for staffs, students and vendors as well as asset & inventory of the University where all of these applications are integrated. The system is also equipped with the security features that are digital signature and digital certificate, at the same time provides a platform for online monetary transaction with the implementation of e-payment.
