We support digital transformation and an innovative educational ecosystem in achieving the goal of UPSI as the Education University in Malaysia. With the motto “Committed to providing and empowering efficient ICT services to support the university’s core activities.”

The ICT Centre plays a vital role in enhancing the visibility of UPSI as a centre of digital excellence and is responsible for providing services such as:

  •     Planning and implementing ICT policies in line with UPSI’s Strategic Plan and the Ministry of Higher Education’s policies.
  •     Providing and maintaining the university’s infrastructure and information systems.
  •     Offering daily technical support and ICT services to the entire university community.
  •     Evaluating and improving existing ICT systems and applications to ensure they remain relevant and efficient.
  •     Monitoring university information security and protection.
  •     Supporting the digitization aspirations in teaching and learning (T&L), research, and administration.

 The ICT Centre benefits everyone by delivering the best services to students, lecturers, researchers, administrative and support staff, as well as top management, in supporting the university’s operations, learning, research, and innovation comprehensively. The services provided by the ICT Centre enable UPSI as the Perak Education University to remain relevant, efficient, and competitive in a sustainable and inclusive higher education landscape.
